Recruitment

Patricia Smith is the head of the HR in ‘Teva USA’. She is responsible for 1) recruitment that means she finds people for a vacant job. Sometimes she looks for a suitable person in the Internet, sometimes she uses outside recruiters, special companies that specialize in selecting specialists for vacant jobs.
