Задание 1. Переведите текст со словарем:

Hotel in London

David (D): Good morning. There is a reservation for a group from Russia.

Receptionist (R): Good morning, sir. In whose name was the reservation made?

D: It is International Management Group. Mr. Lvov and nine more people.

R: Just a moment, sir. Yes, here it is. Four singles and three twin rooms. Is that correct?

D: Absolutely.

R: Are they all staying for seven nights?

D: Yes, that’s right.

R: Will you ask the guests to fill in these forms, please?

D: Andrew, can the participants fill in the forms in English?

Andrew (A): Almost all of them speak English and there is no problem. As for the others I’ll naturally help

them.

(Andrew returns all the forms filled to the receptionist and gets the electronic keys to the rooms with the room number and the name of the guest written on the key. Andrew distributes the keys and turns to the receptionist again)

A: May I have the Rooming List, please? It will be easier for me to deal with my people, especially if they

have some problems.

R: Here is the List for you, sir.

A: Thank you.

R: You are welcome. Enjoy your stay here.

D: Andrew, will you ask everybody to be here downstairs in an hour, or at twelve o’clock? We shall have lunch at the restaurant. Then let’s meet in the conference room for some announcement.

Эндрю (А): Почти все они говорят по-английски, и с этим нет проблем. Что касается других, я, естественно, помогу им.

(Андрей возвращает все заполненные формы администратору и получает электронные ключи от номеров, на которых написаны номер комнаты и имя гостя. Андрей раздает ключи и снова поворачивается к администратору)

A: Можно мне список комнат, пожалуйста? Мне будет легче иметь дело с моими людьми, особенно если они имеют некоторые проблемы.

Р: Вот вам список, сэр.

Ответ: Спасибо.

Р: Добро пожаловать. Наслаждайтесь пребыванием здесь.

Д.: Эндрю, ты попросишь всех быть здесь внизу через час или в двенадцать часов? Мы пообедаем в ресторане. Тогда давайте встретимся в конференц-зале для объявления.
