Weather and Climate for Your Holiday

Where can you go for a holiday? You have a lot of opportunities. Of course, most people would like to go to the south or to the seaside because it is warmer and more pleasant, but you must consider the weather and the season.

You may want to go to Siberia, for example. The nature is wonderful there. You will never see such a lot of sparkling white snow. You will enjoy frosty fresh air if you go skiing or bear-hunting, but you should remember that it will be very cold there in winter. The temperature may be lower than 40 degrees below zero.

Some people prefer to spend their holidays in warmer places. There is no warmer place in the world than Africa. It’s warm there all the year round. The sun shines every day, but in summer it’s too hot and sometimes it’s humid there. And you won’t be able to go lion-hunting until the sun sets. But when it starts raining, it may rain the whole week. If you want to get sunburnt it’s the best place. You can get as sunburnt as the natives.

If you don’t want too much exotics, spend you holiday in England. There are so many lovely places on the coast of the sea. England enjoys an insular climate. Summers are neither too warm nor too cold. It seldom gets too hot in summer as there is generally cooling breeze from the south-west, but the temperature may rise to ninety degrees in the shade (Fahrenheit, of course).

Anyway choosing a place for your holiday you must consider the weather forecast.

Погода и климат для Вашего отдыха

Куда можно поехать отдохнуть? У вас есть много возможностей. Конечно, большинство людей хотели бы поехать на юг или на море, потому что там теплее и комфортнее, но нужно учитывать погоду и время года.

Например,  Вы можете поехать в Сибирь. Природа там чудесная. Вы никогда не увидите такого количества сверкающего белого снега. Вы будете наслаждаться морозным свежим воздухом, если будете кататься на лыжах или охотиться на медведя, но помните, что зимой там будет очень холодно. Температура может быть ниже 40 градусов.

Некоторые люди предпочитают проводить свой отпуск в более теплых краях. В мире нет более теплого места, чем Африка. Там тепло круглый год. Солнце светит каждый день, но летом слишком жаркое, а иногда и влажное. И вы не сможете охотиться на львов, пока не сядет солнце. Но когда начинается дождь, то он может идти всю неделю. Если вы хотите загореть, то это лучшее место. Вы можете стать таким же загорелым, как и местные жители.

Если вам не нужна экзотика, то проведите свой отпуск в Англии. На берегу моря там есть много прекрасных мест. В Англии островной климат. Лето не слишком теплое и не слишком холодное. Летом здесь редко бывает слишком жарко, поскольку с юго-запада, как правило, дует прохладный ветер, но в тени температура может подниматься до девяноста градусов (конечно, по Фаренгейту).

В любом случае, выбирая место для своего отдыха, вы должны учитывать прогноз погоды.
