Currently, there are many companies in Russia that offer flexible employment opportunities in terms of schedule, holidays and location. Flexible working hours are the hallmarks of flexible work. Importantly, flexible working hours give workers more freedom in choosing when to start and end work. Schedule flexibility also improves a company’s ability to attract talent and reduce employee turnover.

Flexibility also means working based on goals. This means that time management becomes the responsibility of the employee, who takes full control of their work day based on agreed goals.

Once remote work becomes a reality, different options may be offered depending on location and commitment.

These operating flexibility features offer the company benefits such as reduced transportation costs, reduced office space and office consumption costs, and increased productivity.

In my opinion, in the future, many companies will switch to remote work, as such work reduces the costs of companies and brings more profit.
