The graph provides data on the number of helpline operators in three companies: “Amazon”, “Ozon” and “Apple”.

As it may be seen from the graph, the number of helpline operators in “Ozon” rocketed in March. The number in this month was 500 operators. The company “Apple” had the smallest number of operators in July.

The graph plainly indicates that the number of helpline operator in the company “Apple” considerably went up since January. Then, “Apple” has decreased the number of helpline operators since March. The number of operators halved. As the graph illustrates, Amazon has shown a steady increase in the number of helpline operators since January. The number of helpline operators gradually improved. As for Ozon, we see that the number of helpline operators remains flat.

It may be concluded from the graph that Amazon is the leader in the number of helpline operators, although Ozon was the leader in March.
