Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dismay at the service at your car rental company “Cars for eight reindeers”.

Every year our firm places an order with your company and we have been a regular customer for a long time. We wanted your company to deliver Christmas presents to all children around the UK. But the reindeers arrived one hour later the agreed time. We we behind schedule because of the delay. We could hardly fulfill all of our obligations as you had arrived in many places at dawn.

I hope you can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again. Otherwise, I may surely have to look for the another rental company elsewhere.
