Subject: Heating and cooling systems for the warehouse

Today I have investigated the three new heating and cooling systems for the warehouse.
The first system has the lowest price. The annual running cost (based on energy use) is 4100 Euro. As for guarantee, it is only one year. The cost of service contract is also low, only 850 Euro per year.
But I think that this system doesn’t suit our company.
The second system has a higher price and annual cost. But the guarantee is also higher. The cost service contract is 950 Euro per year.
But I doubt the ability of this system.
The third system, to my mind, is the most useful and the most appropriate for our company. The purchase price is 28950 Euro, the annual running cost is 2900 Euro, but the guarantee is 5 years. The cost of service contract is 950Euro per year.
In conclusion, I would recommend the third system as a suitable system from a technical point of view.
