I have chosen the magistracy course. I am a very punctual and determined student. My teachers appreciate my work and motivate me to be better every day. I am an honest student and I always try to be consistent in my studies. As for me, I have chosen my subject already. Writing dissertation abstract with research actuality, purposes and tasks, theoretical and practical meaning, innovations is very substantial.      Firstly, this work involves working with people, live communication with them. This profession requires such qualities as sociability, logical thinking, good memory, honesty, responsibility, the ability to make the right decision, ingenuity. Equally important is the presence in a person of this specialty of personal qualities such as kindness, responsiveness, humanity, honesty, justice. sense of honor, decency, respect, conscientiousness.

This profession is not easy. It requires great diligence, diligence, in order to comprehend its basics. For a novice lawyer, you need to be able to listen to the experience of older, experienced professionals, learn to be fair within the law.

     Lawyer is a creative job. For example, a lawyer speaking in front of a jury in a courthouse is similar to an artist performing in front of an audience on stage. The difficulties and obstacles of this specialty are of great interest to me and give me an incentive to further develop. This motivates me to help people and be sure that my help and knowledge will be in demand by people. And when I acquire a certain amount of knowledge, maybe I will devote myself to political activity in order to take part in the adoption and amendment of laws and regulations.

     The main goal of a lawyer is to comply with legislative norms, responsibility for the fate of a person who may be unfairly convicted. As a consequence of this, the whole life of a person can be spoiled by an unjust sentence.

     To master all the intricacies of the profession, one must perfectly know the criminal and procedural codes, be able to clearly use the code of laws and articles, one must be a psychologist, understand human souls. All this requires perseverance, diligence, memory and endurance.

     The specialty of a lawyer is one of the most sought-after professions, because a lawyer is needed in almost any organization, in production, and I hope that in the future I will be able to find a good, interesting, well-paid job. I will try to benefit people.

Why have I done it? The main thing is I would like to become a professional in the sphere of law. As a matter of fact, I follow the concept of the extended studies. First of all, I would like to become a good specialist. I have to learn many subjects, many books to read the, and also I should be able to carry out the creative project work.

My research supervisor is the Doctor of Law, Professor. I admire him as the scientist. He is the Head of the Department of Law. He is the scientific research organizer. The teachers conduct scientific researches personally and in groups in accordance with the plan of the department. There are lectures and seminars. My supervisor is known both in Russia and in the world. He is often the participant of regional or international home and foreign conferences. He is in contact with the other world scientists.

    Lawyers, in my opinion, are the people who must uphold honesty, decency, and humanity in life. Conducting this or that business, they must reveal the causes of the conflict between the subject and the social environment, understand the essence of the conflict, choose the right way to solve it. Lawyers are required to get used to the atmosphere of action, to identify and understand the motives of crimes.

What problems are you interested in? I am interested in definition of the concept of a criminal’s personality. I consider the stages and factors influencing the formation of a criminal’s personality, as well as the typology of a criminal’s personality.

What are the main objectives of your investigation? The main objectives of my investigation are to give the definition of the concept of a criminal’s personality, to consider the stages and factors influencing the formation of a criminal’s personality, as well as the typology of a criminal’s personality.

What methods of scientific investigation are used in your study?  We use three types of investigations to research and develop explanations for events in the nature: descriptive investigation, comparative investigation, and experimental investigation.

What is the theoretical value of your investigation? There is also a need for a psychological doctrine of the criminal personality as a whole, which would reveal those typical warehouses of this personality, on the basis of which various shades of intent and negligence manifested in various crimes grow.

What is the practical value of your investigation? Modern legal sciences form and highlight the knowledge gained in practice. Based on the knowledge gained, a typology and classification of the identity of the offender, the purpose of which is to to assist law enforcement agencies in studying persons in this category, the causes of their crimes, in developing the most effective tactical and psychological techniques and methods for exposing their criminal activities, and providing subsequent educational impact on their personality. But to prevent crimes and reduce the level of crime, it is not enough just to work with law enforcement agencies and specialists who study the identity of the criminal. If each person would be more attentive to the younger generation, to pay attention to the «unfavorable» families, treats each other more respectfully, then by joint efforts it is possible to achieve the assigned task.

What are the preliminary results of your study? A person is not born a criminal, but becomes one as a result of the unfavorable moral formation of his personality. The personality of a criminal, like every person, is formed in the following main areas: family, school, labor collectives and informal groups. Also, a person is influenced by a wide social environment, primarily through the media.

Do you have any articles on the results of your study published? Yes, I do. I have some articles on the results of my study published.
