I think that modern technology will be directed towards the invention of domestic robots that will help people do household chores and thus give them more free time for leisure and more time for their families. Using modern technology is one of the best ways to do this. Their main purpose is to make our life more comfortable, improve working conditions, free «hands» from complex work processes and increase productivity. Robots are most often found in industry, where they have been able to fully automate most production tasks.

The devices are used for packaging, welding, painting and other operations that were performed by human labor. Robots provide high speed and accuracy in completing tasks. And human resources are freed up for other operations.

Robots have many pros and cons for people. One of the advantages of these inventions is that robots can do work that is impossible for humans. Robots can process information at incredible speeds. They are much more efficient than a person, do not know fatigue and can work for a very long time.

Every year, experts and analysts present us with a new world where faith in the supernatural will be replaced by faith in science and technology. A world where you can study and work without leaving your home. The Internet will blur the borders between countries, and robots will do almost everything for us.

According to statistics, the number of robots consumed by mankind will reach 32.2 million units worldwide by 2024. At the same time, household robots will take the lead in the market, overtaking industrial and military ones.

Another problem that needs to be solved before robots are massively introduced into life is the availability of software and hardware. The high cost of materials and equipment for production does not allow manufacturers to reduce the price of their robots. For example, medical devices such as exoskeletons are very expensive, which would help many people with disabilities to live and move normally.

So far, only cleaning robots, drones and personal assistants are available to us, but the fact that we will soon have the opportunity to make these devices more functional, regardless of manufacturers, is encouraging.

Plus, ordinary people are not yet mentally ready to accept robots that look like them. This is primarily due to the lack of information about what achievements scientific and technological progress has made. On top of that, people have a misconception about robots that have been repeatedly featured in sci-fi movies. Some people still perceive the word «robot» as something like «Terminator» or a droid from «Star Wars». But in fact, now even a child can assemble and program a robot.

To sum up, we need to push the boundaries of knowledge, read more and watch interesting videos about devices from the real world that can make a big difference in our daily lives.
