In conclusion, a reader observes how people are able to repay Ben. They decide to kill him, because he can interfere with their «progress», he tries to preserve the forest. People, in turn, think only of themselves and then only about momentary needs, not even about what is more useful to save the forest, and such creatures as the bear Ben are valuable for this world.

The author describes in detail various beauties and simply natural phenomena. It is quite clear that in this way he is trying to convey a simple idea about the value of all this. It is necessary to appreciate the space of nature and think not only about own benefits.
