I have just received a letter from you! I am so glad to hear that your parents want to buy a semi-detached house.  Do you want to live in the city centre or on the edge of the town?  Do you want to have a big balcony?

As for me, I would like to live in a semi-detached house. I would like to have a big kitchen and a big living-room where I would meet my friends. I like a big open fireplace. It makes a room more comfortable. If I were your parents, I would buy a semi-detached house.
