I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the phone I bought in your shop.

I bought the phone and a phone charger from the phone. When I came home, I plugged the charger into the outlet according to the instructions. The problem is that after 2 hours the charger began to spark and melt. My mobile phone was damaged.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could give my money back. I insist on a full refund.
