Thank you for your letter.  I am glad to hear that you want to be healthy, energetic and physically fit. As for me, I get regular exercise and eat many vegetables and fruit. I think that getting a good night’s sleep and eating less fat food make people healthy and strong. Healthy lifestyle is very important nowadays.  It helps to keep and improve our health and well-being. But it isn’t just about healthy eating and exercise.  Healthy lifestyle means taking care of the “whole you” – your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

One way to be healthy is to spend some days at the seaside. I am glad that you have such an opportunity. Where are you going to spend your holidays? Are you going to spend a month with your parents? What country are you going to? Write me soon.
