Many people think that a healthy lifestyle is a simple rejection of bad habits: smoking and alcohol. And they completely forget that nutrition and physical activity are also an important component of our good health.

We are used to delicious fast food, chips, crackers, sweets. All this is very unhealthy food that spoils our health and figure. It is not necessary to completely abandon junk food, it’s just worth eating such foods less often than we are used to.

Sports also help improve health. You can just ride a bike in the summer or ski in the winter. It’s not worth saying that the weather is bad, you can also find something to do at home: a horizontal bar, a hoop, just wring out or squat. A simple walk on foot will also be beneficial, the main thing is to walk away from highways and harmful enterprises, it is better in the park. It would be nice to involve friends in such activities — playing sports together is much more fun. The main thing is that the exercises are regular, and not occasionally.

Health is affected by our thinking and attitude to what is happening, no matter how strange it sounds. There is a saying that «all diseases are from the nerves.» Maybe this is so. In any case, when a person is nervous, something starts to hurt him: either his heart is beating strongly, or it is squeezing in his chest. So everything should be taken calmly.

It is very easy to lose your health and so difficult, sometimes even impossible, to restore it later. Therefore, to prevent this from happening, you just need to follow a healthy lifestyle.
